Set of exercises

  1. Turn an eye towards top, as much as possible raising eyes, and further continue to draw the imagined vertical line up (as if through the forehead).
  2. Look down, continuing the imagined line in the same direction (in a throat).
  3. Turn a look into the left side, continuing to draw the imagined line (passing in the left ear) in the same direction, further do the same manipulation, looking to the right side (the line passes in the right ear).
  4. The following exercise is called Butterfly. When you start its performance, you hold the head motionless, the movement will be made only by eyes. Exclude a possibility of an overstrain of eye muscles. Eyes have to make the following actions: assignment and concentration of eyes in the left bottom corner, then – in the right top corner. Further on the contrary: the look fixes the right bottom corner, then – the left top corner.
  5. The author called this exercise Eight. Its essence in drawing with eyes the eight turned horizontally. Widely open eyes, present figure 8 the biggest size to trace it from one point of view to another. When finished action performance, close eyes, relaxing thereby tight muscles, then often blink.
  6. Exercise is a good training of development of peripheral (side) sight. Take an initial position in the lonely quiet place. Cramp both eyes together, fixing them on a nose tip. It is allowed to do it gradually, having arranged a forefinger in the face of, having concentrated on it. Smoothly begin the movement with a finger, going to a nose tip, following a look fingers. Relax eye muscles, having looked forward and having recorded sight side elements (eyes remain motionless). The subsequent repetitions have to alternate: assignment of a view of a nose tip – relaxation, a look forward – fixing of peripheral sight, with motionless eyes. Further be displaced along a nose up and the first point of concentration will already be on a nose bridge, the same other movements – a look before itself and fixing of side sight. The final stage – the concentrated look on the site between eyebrows, further – before and fixing of side sight.
  7. Place forefingers on a nose and focus on them. During cultivation of hands in the parties, you look away after fingers by the principle: a finger of the right hand – the right eye, the left hand – left. It is not necessary to try to part eyes, just follow the movement of hands side sight. Between repetitions take a small break to avoid an overstrain of eye muscles.
  8. The finishing exercise is called A big circle. Move eyes so as if you repeat circle outlines. As a circle it is offered to present the dial of the mechanical clock. At first move eyes on the course of movement of an hour hand, mentally stopping on figures. Then do the same manipulation, only against the movement of a hand. In the course of the movement by eyes it is necessary to observe an accurate circle. Begin with a small circle, gradually increasing its size.

Important! Transitions between each stage of exercise have to be very smooth. To remove stress from muscles of eyes, it is recommended to make a respite in the form of frequent blinking.

Norbekov's technique gives the chance to influence processes of recovery of sight without application of drug and expeditious treatment.
