the modern world it is impossible to do without computers and therefore eyes are exposed to the greatest fatigue. How to protect the sight? Layfgid recommends several exercises...

  1. Head directly. Movement by eyes to the right-on the left.
  2. Movement by eyes up-down.
  3. Movements by eyes: counterclockwise and in the direction of an hour hand.
  4. Do at the intensive rate of tightening and unclamping of eyes.
  5. Squint eyes in the bottom left corner, and then on a straight line translate a look up. Too most do in an opposite direction.
  6. Put a finger to a nose bridge and look on it at some time.
  7. Blink eyes with big intensity.
  8. Having approached a window, watch short time objects at a short distance attentively peer at them, then translate a view of distant objects.

On 6 repetitions on each exercise.

  1. Having deeply inhaled, blink as it is possible stronger. Try to strain as much as possible face muscles, necks, the heads. Having held the breath for 2-3 seconds, quickly exhale, on an exhalation, having widely opened eyes. Repeat exercise of 5 times.
  2. Having closed eyes, mass the lower parts of eye-sockets and superciliary arches, circular motions – from a temple to a nose.
  3. Having closed eyes and having relaxed eyebrows, rotate eyeballs from right to left and from left to right. To repeat exercise of 10 times
  4. Having put a hand thumb on distance of 25-30 cm from eyes, you look eyes at the end of this finger for 3-5 seconds. Then close one eye, continuing by the second to look, open the closed eye, look with both eyes at a finger, then close the second eye, continuing to look at a finger. To repeat exercise of 10 times.
  5. Having put finger-tips on the whisky, slightly squeeze them. Blink quickly (10 times). Close eyes, make couple of deep exhalations and repeat exercise. To repeat 3 times.
