With grapefruit juice it is impossible to accept at all:
- immunodepressants,
- oral contraceptives,
- the medicines lowering cholesterol
- erythromycin,
- antineoplastic, hormonal and heart medicines.
The wrong combination can lead even to a lethal outcome. It is not a joke! If to wash down paracetamol and sedative medicines with vodka, at best you will get off with dizziness and nausea. In the worst – a lethal outcome. It is also dangerous to wash down with alcohol anesthetics and antibiotics.
If to wash down medicines which reduce blood clotting with cranberry juice, it is possible to provoke gastric bleeding.
Therefore a conclusion one, wash down drugs only with water and attentively read the instruction to application – there can be special instructions.
