3. Peppercorn is considered universal spice, and from three types of pepper it is the most demanded. It is connected with the fact that black pepper is combined both with meat, and with fish, and with vegetables as seasoning, some recipes of exotic cuisine assume even use it in sweet dishes. White pepper is well combined with gentle products which have no own bright smell, such as boiled meat, eggs or dumplings. And green pepper is used only in fish dishes and at preparation of marinades. Black pepper is known for the antioxidant properties and antibacterial effect.
