Heating furnaces usually use for heating of country houses in which it is necessary to fight against cold by own efforts due to the lack of long-distance heating. The overall performance of such furnaces in many respects depends on the place and correctness of their installation - as well as their safety for inhabitants of the house.
Instruction
1. Install the furnace near load bearing wall. Such neighbourhood will allow to fix reliably the flue going from the furnace without risk that the design will collapse or deformed. The load bearing wall is rather strong to sustain additional loading which can be excessive for other walls of the house. Besides, at installation of flue there can be problems with the roof having the non-standard form – consider it when choosing the place for the furnace.
2. Choose the place for the furnace closer to outer door that every time through all house was not necessary to carry combustible materials which are used as fuel. It is necessary to do it not so much for convenience how many for ensuring your safety - such arrangement of the furnace will reduce fire danger.
3. Take care of that it was possible to reach any of walls of the furnace easily, without dismantling all design. It will allow not only to clean periodically the surface of the furnace from dirt, but also in case of need to carry out its repair.
4. Choose the optimum place for installation of the furnace. If it is necessary to warm only one room, then the choice of the place plays not so important role. And here when heating at once of two rooms the correct arrangement of the furnace can significantly affect efficiency and profitability of its work - it is the best of all to establish in this case it near the wall, general for both rooms.
5. Provide thermal insulation of walls, especially if they are made of flammable materials, such as tree. It is possible to make it by means of ceramic tile. Impose with it the site of floor under the furnace, having made it with small stock, and the same site of wall near which that is established.
6. Install the heating furnace not closely to wall, and at small distance - it has to make at least 15 cm. It will help to raise furnace heat emission thanks to what on heating of the house up to the necessary temperature less fuel will leave.
