We use large number of electric devices, it creates risk of defeat by electric current at their wrong operation. The easy way of fight against this danger consists in grounding arrangement.
Instruction
1. Grounding is the system allowing to take away current to the earth, respectively, grounding consists of wires which go from some part of current network to the grounding point connected to the earth. Usually as the grounding point use metal rod, bowl of all steel or copper.
2. In modern apartments the wiring consists of three wires, one of which is grounding, therefore when you turn on the device in euro socket, it already becomes grounded. But especially powerful devices - it is better to ground washing machines, electroovens, computers in addition as on their body there can be rather big tension even at inclusion in euro socket.
3. The electric guard in the stairwell will be surely grounded therefore the best decision will be to bring grounding to it. Choose free pin or the terminal in guard, make sure that other wires are not brought to the chosen point. That your ground wire was reliably attached to guard, use spring washer. If in guard there are no free drawn-off points, you can independently drill opening and establish in it bolt to which and it is necessary to bring your ground wire.
4. It is impossible to use as grounding point water pipes at all, at such grounding not only you risk to receive electric shock in the bathroom, but also the neighbors suspecting nothing.
5. At ground equipment in owner-occupied dwelling dig out three holes in depth in half-meter. Holes have to be at tops of equilateral triangle with the party 1.2 meters, connect holes trenches. Hammer the sharpened metallic electrodes into holes. Connect electrodes in tops metal strip among themselves. Connections have to be made by means of welding. Carry out metal tape to the place where grounding will come to surface near the house. Connect the ground wire leaving the house to grounding point.
