For construction of the reliable and qualitative base many means and time are spent. But precipitation in the form of rain is capable to destroy the base, having reduced house life cycle. To avoid such trouble, it is necessary to take care beforehand of creation of blind area around the building. Especially as it is possible to make it with own hand.

Instruction
1. Decide on width of future blind area. As it has to protect reliably the base, and width has to be maximum. Than further from the building moisture to the earth will be absorbed, less than the probability of damage of building constructions will be that. Experts recommend to do blind area not less than 60 centimeters from the house. The departure of roof will be starting point (it has to act on 50-60 centimeters), add about 30 more centimeters. The most optimum width of blind area – 1 meter.
2. Start performance of marking. Prepare wooden pegs or small pieces of armature (their quantity has to correspond to quantity of corners of the house, including internal). Measure by means of tape measure from house socle one meter and establish pegs on all perimeter of the house. Further pull nylon cord. You watch that there were no saggings. Double-check that from strand to socle there was distance one meter.
3. Take shovel and begin to skim the earth on all width and length of future blind area approximately on 25 centimeters. It is better to put soil on the cart at once and to take away to other place that it to you did not get underfoot during work. Now it is necessary to make timbering. For this purpose boards will be necessary for you. Hammer together them and establish vertically on perimeter of the dug-out territory, line timbering with wooden pegs, otherwise all design can collapse when filling by concrete.
4. Further you need a lot of sand. Distribute it on all perimeter of the turned-out trough. The layer of sand has to make 10 centimeters. After that take hose and it is abundant spill sand, stamp by means of make-shifts. Filling brick will be the following layer, its layer has to make 5 centimeters. In this case it is not necessary to spill water. From above lay the metal gauze (it is desirable with an overlap).
5. Time to fill in concrete has come, it can be ordered already ready, and it is possible to make independently. For this purpose it is necessary to mix one part of M400 cement, two parts of sand and four parts of filling brick. Until concrete has grabbed, quickly carry away it and lay even layer with small bias from socle to the site (concrete level at the socle has to be one centimeter higher, than on the opposite side). Check bias level. In conclusion cover blind area with polyethylene film.
