As it is correct to use organic fertilizers

Using organic fertilizers, it is possible to improve considerably structure of the soil and to increase its fertility. But it is necessary to know how it is correct to apply these fertilizers to receive the maximum advantage of them.

Treat organic fertilizers: dung water, manure, excrements, mullein, compost, peat, wood ashes and plant debris. It is recommended to introduce to the soil these fertilizers every two years. It is better to bring manure in the fall, slightly trenching in. It is especially important to follow this rule when using fresh manure. If to close up it too deeply, then in it microelements, useful to plants, will not be formed, and there will be not enough advantage of such fertilizer. If manure has enough decayed, then it can be brought in the soil in the spring. It will also well serve as the mulching material. Manure as fertilizer is not good energy source for plants. It contains nutrients a little, but it well improves structure of the soil and is humus source. Therefore for increase in productivity it is recommended to use also mineral fertilizers.

If it is correct to use peat, then it can become quite good fertilizer. It is scattered in the spring on the site, without closing up to the soil, and loosen with cultivator. The plants planted on such site quickly form strong root system.

Wood ashes give to plants calcium and protect them from wreckers. Coal ash is not recommended to be used. It will do more harm, than advantage.

Fill with dung water or excrements compost heaps. They cannot be poured out directly on ridges. These fertilizers contain elements which can do much harm to plants. In only one case the introduction of excrements or dung water on beds is allowed. It is done in the winter or late fall. The soil at the same time has to be chilled well. The goat, rabbit or bird's dung can be used only after composting.

Compost heaps are not recommended to be arranged on open solar areas. In heap there has to be enough moisture, otherwise the bacteria promoting formation of compost will not be able to exist. Plants in compost heap put only healthy as causative agents of diseases do not perish even after full decomposition of the vegetable remains.
