It is required to you
- - cement, gravel, sand, crushed stone, water;
- - wooden boards 20-50 mm thick, flashing sheets, plywood;
- - steel rods of Ø of 8-10 mm or steel reinforcing wire of Ø of 6-8 mm;
- - lubricating oil;
- - metal Ø pin of 10-20 mm.
Instruction
1. Build wood form from external and internal cylindrical surfaces. For this purpose hammer together two wooden rings for assembly of external cylinder and two rings – for internal cylinder. Sides of form can be made both of boards, and of flashing sheet, plywood, etc. Make timbering folding, consisting of several parts. Fasten form walls with wooden levels. Diameters of cylinders are interconnected, at external Ø of 1000 mm and internal Ø of 900 mm we receive thickness of concrete ring of 100 mm. For can of rings there is enough thickness of 50 mm.
2. Oil lubricating the surfaces of cylinders turned to cement slurry for simplification of their dismantling. Then establish cylinder of large diameter on wooden board and strengthen. Strictly on the center of external cylinder insert cylinder internal.
3. Enter ears from reinforcing wire (for production of concrete ring) or prefabricated reinforcement cage (for ring can) into gap between walls of cylinders. For deduction of armature in certain situation place 4 wedges.
4. Prepare the cement slurry consisting of cement (1 part), sand (2-3 parts), gravel, blast furnace slag or crushed stone (4-5 parts). Take as cementing agent fresh cement not below the 400 brand. The good knitting properties portland cement bezdobavochny or with mineral additives has. It contains up to 5% of oxide of magnesium and up to 8% of three-calcic aluminate. Most often apply cements of M500D0 and M400D0 brands.
5. Use the cleaned from impurity, natural enriched quartz sand which fineness modulus varies within 2.0-2.2 mm as filler. Maximum limit of size of large filler should not exceed 20 mm. So, for production of concrete rings mix concrete from small and large fillers – sand, gravel and crushed stone, binding material – cement and water.
6. Lay the received cement slurry in gap between cylinders on height no more than 100 mm, carefully condense with the metal pin it. Move wedges on height of 150-200 mm to fill with concrete and to condense the place of their stay. Fill with method of beating all form. In 4 days exempt the received concrete ring from timbering.
7. Leave ring on wooden board for about 4 days, periodically pouring over it water. It will give to concrete the increased durability. Remove lubricating oil from surface of concrete ring. Production of concrete ring is complete.
