Plastic windows are made on the automated factory lines taking into account the sizes and requirements of the end user. Specially developed reinforced and plastic (PVC) profiles of difficult design thanks to which all advantages of this type of windows are reached are the cornerstone of plastic window.
Instruction
1. At initial stage the cutting of ready glass for window according to certain parameters on which the order has arrived is made. Cutting is made on special machines. The cut glasses get to the jet washer.
2. After washing the installation of remote framework is made. Each window consists of two or three glasses between which the limiters made of aluminum or steel are installed. In the turned-out frame the warming substances created on the basis of selikogen are filled up. It allows to absorb the moisture getting to interglass space.
3. On framework the procedure of sealing, i.e. causing special hermetic structure in several layers by means of the special equipment is made. Each double-glazed window is numbered and delivered to the shop for assembly of plastic design.
4. The plastic profile is made by means of the powdery or granulated PVC structure on the special extrusion line according to the parameters specified by the customer. The melted mass of PVC is squeezed out in special forms and cooled. The received profiles are cut by means of special saw or the machine for cutting.
5. The cut-off pieces of profile are fastened by means of heating of plastic to melting temperature. After giving of the corresponding form, openings for accessories and locks are made. Then to profile necessary mechanisms fasten.
6. The double-glazed window is established on the reinforced basis which is made of steel and serves for hardening of design of window. Then the design is established in ready profiles on special sealing rubber to avoid emergence of gaps in product. Rubber is attached by means of special glue.
7. The finished goods are marked and goes to warehouse from where it is delivered to the consumer.
