It is difficult to provide giving without simple shop or bench which can be not only the spot of vacation and gathering of family, but also decoration of the territory. Using the skills and imagination, it can make these constructions and to the beginning master. Materials will be useful for production of benches the simplest, the majority of which already is at your dacha.
Stationary shop the hands
It is very simple to build this option of bench, but it is necessary to consider its shortcomings. The bench cannot be moved quickly on other place or to remove for the winter to the shed. Therefore at once decide where it will be convenient to you to use it.
For racks of shop use the cut trunks of trees, having made of them preparations about a meter long. Smooth out them from bark. It can be done special purpose tool or axe. Otherwise in bark bugs wood borers can be got and ruin your creation ahead of time. Envelop piece of trunk which will be driven in the earth, roofing material or cover these sites with bituminous varnish.
Well the covering, consisting of the hot fulfilled engine oil is suitable for protection of tree against bugs and from rotting in the earth.
Dig out poles under racks depth about half a meter. Establish in them the prepared support for bench. Level them on level and cover holes with earth and sand. If there are small stones, fill up them in holes. Support will be loosened less. Wide top board for bench not less than 3 cm thick to oshkurta the grinder or drill with special nozzle. Wooden dowels which are put on the PVA dense glue best of all are suitable for its fastening to racks. They are inserted into previously drilled openings. If the bench is planned more than two meters long, make one more prop on the center, having driven the third rack.
Cover all wooden bench with antiseptic primer. When it completely dries, paint your work as oil paint.
Bench from log for giving
If after construction of bath or at you pieces of logs have stayed at home, you do not hurry to prick them on firewood. For production of bench you need log with a diameter not less than 30 cm, rather narrow board for back, two round billets of wood for legs with a diameter not less than 50 cm, self-tapping screws and chain saw. Having recorded log, saw it lengthways, having made marking chalk. One of parts will be your seat. Put billets of wood sideways and make on them v-shaped cut which by means of the axe bring to semicircle, having adjusted it by the size to seat. The same cut can be made also from face of billet of wood, depending on your design of bench. Fasten together the received legs and seat from log by means of self-tapping screws, previously having drilled openings to hide metal head. Then screw racks for back on billets of wood and seat. Attach back to racks at height, convenient for you. Oshkurte the grinder also cover your construction with varnish or paint.
