Before undertaking furnace barbecue laying, it is necessary to consider many nuances. First, the distance from the house to the vacation spot should not be too long not to complicate delivery of products and drinks. Secondly, to bake it is necessary to place under canopy, in gazebo or on terrace.

Near it there have to be table and benches. You should not place the furnace in close proximity to outbuildings, fence, trees.

The following materials and tools will be necessary for the device of the furnace: cement, sand, gravel or crushed stone, softener for concrete, construction trowel, tape measure, level, capacity for solution mixing, wooden or rubber mall. The furnace will require concrete foundation. For its device dig out hole of 40-50 cm in depth which bottom is leveled. Then I fill layer of sand 5-7 cm thick, condense it and stack crushed stone or gravel. Height of this dumping has to be not less than 10 cm. Then in hole establish armoring lattice from armature. Then fill in concrete which top layer is leveled. The simplest barbecue build in the form of letter "P" with height of walls no more than a meter. Between brick-on-edge courses in long parallel walls wall grids between which distance has to make 20-30 cm. More difficult option – barbecue in the form of the small fireplace equipped with flue. For laying of the furnace it is possible to use red facing brick, for fire chamber – only fire-resistant silicate. The wall at which it is located barbecue has to be protected by fire-resistant material: asbestos, gypsum cardboard, tin. In the course of laying it is necessary to consider that the metal pins acting from furnace walls on 7-8 cm will be necessary. They will be necessary for installation of removable grids and pallet for coal and firewood. Pins can be walled in every second row of laying. It will allow to find optimum temperature for frying of meat, changing grid height.
