The choice of nozzle for the construction mixer
Usually length of nozzles for the mixer is 400-600 mm, diameter of 160 mm. To increase nozzle length by 400 mm, it is possible to buy the special extender.
The design of nozzle depends on that what material will mix the mixer. For heavy viscous structures, for example glue for tile, sealant, cement slurry, plaster, seamless floor, the nozzle in the form of right-hand spiral is necessary.
To mix light elastic mixes, such as paint, varnish, bitumen, the most suitable option – left-side spiral. Nozzles in the form of spiral have special adaptation in the form of ring to rest against capacity bottom for mixing.
That hands during the work were loaded less, it is necessary to choose the mixer with Tee configuration. It represents powerful bracket, and at right angle to it there is handle with trigger.
For stirring of materials to which air should not get use nozzle crosspiece. By means of screw nozzle it is good to mix light solutions, they are not sprayed and mix turns out better.

Instead of the construction mixer it is possible to get drill mixer – good option for mixing of solutions no more than 15 liters.
The drill mixer quickly wears out from frequent loadings therefore it is better to buy the device if solutions need to be kneaded seldom and they are not especially heavy.
Unlike normal drill, the mixer is supplied with reducer with transfer ratio which provides operating mode with low turns. It allows to perform not only functions, usual for drill, but also to mix solutions of plaster, hard putty, glue, insulating materials and also varnishes and paints.
