The construction method of the frame house gains popularity and is successfully applied in all regions of Russia. Judging by experience of the Scandinavian countries, Canada and the USA where the frame technology is used already several hundreds of years, all shortcomings attributed to it either do not exist, or are not essential in comparison with advantages. Frame houses are simple in construction, but not everyone is ready to undertake such responsible business therefore it is simpler to order turnkey construction.
Frame houses
The basis of the frame house as it is possible to guess by the name, is the framework consisting of timber or metal racks located in certain step from each other. Racks are sheathed by special plates – for example, orient and chip, wood-shaving or others. Over plates paroizolyatsionny and waterproofing material keeps within, and from the inside between racks heater – one of the most important components of the house is laid. Attribute to the frame house certain shortcomings, but many of them do not maintain criticism. First, the myth that it is cold buildings is not right at all. Frame houses – some of the warmest as almost completely consist of heater, and wooden or metal boards – so-called bridges of cold – have very small area. Not only quickly and easily to warm such house, but also it is more difficult to cool – even at shutdown of heating of the room lose warmly very slowly. Secondly, there is opinion that frame houses are very fire-dangerous and subject to rotting. The tree really burns better, than brick, but timber impregnates with special structures which protect walls from ignition from insignificant source, and the strong source of fire will not be stopped even by masonry structure. Also bioprotective impregnation does wooden racks durable and not subject to rotting.
Besides, the frame house is significantly cheaper than the house, similar on metric area, from bar, brick or the block, its construction takes many times less time and forces.
Turnkey frame house
Many civil engineering firms are engaged in creation of turnkey frame houses. It means that clients should not worry about one stage of construction: the crew will make all works, since installation of the base and finishing with fine finish of rooms. Such decision has both pluses, and minuses. First, it is economy of the forces and time – to you needs to choose only the pleasant project, to discuss parts, to buy materials (depending on conditions of firm) and to give prepayment. Secondly, if you responsibly approach the choice of construction office, it is possible to be sure of respect for all norms of construction and quality of the frame house. But the order of the turnkey house will be to you by one and a half-two times more expensive, than independent construction, and the price – one of the first factors thanks to which many choose this technology. Besides, direct participation in building will allow to control all process and in time to correct shortcomings whereas consequences of the non-compliance with construction method which is carried out by hired crew it is difficult or it is even impossible to correct.
