Recently there was set of the finishing materials allowing to exclude such long and labor-intensive type of works as alignment of walls. Decorative fire-resistant plastic panels allow to save time and means, solving problem of interior finish. Most often, they are used when carrying out finishing work in buildings and rooms of business, social and public purpose, but there are no reasons to refuse their application in apartments and owner-occupied dwellings.
What is fire-resistant panels and where they are used
These panels are manufactured of the polyvinylchloride having ability to self-attenuation. As a rule, it is the type-setting rails having width from 10 to 30 cm and thickness about 1 cm. Their length can be different – from 2.5 to 6 m. The surface of panels can be glossy, opaque or textural, organic dyes apply any drawing on it with press method. This drawing is not afraid of moisture and the panel it is possible to wash often, however, it is not recommended to use especially aggressive chemical cleaning agents.
Fire-resistant wall panels not only economic, but also eco-friendly material which can be used for finishing of walls in rooms of any assignment. The wall covering executed from these panels has the high strength and decorative qualities allowing to realize any design decisions, giving to interiors not only originality, but also cosiness – on exterior they can imitate traditional natural natural materials in registration.
They have fire-prevention properties, are safe and it is easy to wash them therefore they have found application in the medical and child care facilities, shopping centers, shops, warehouses, offices various uninhabited and premises. But still there is prejudice against this synthetic finishing material, plastic is considered not eco-friendly and in residential buildings its application is limited to bathroom and the bathroom.

Merits and demerits of fire-resistant wall panels
PVC of which manufacture fire-resistant panels is applied to production of many things which you use daily. Linoleum, water pipes and even plastic bottles which are used as container for drinks is made of this material, and it already testifies to its ecological security.
By means of wall plastic panels it is easily possible to hide utilities, having left at the same time possibility of fast and easy access to them.
This facing non-combustible material is not afraid of moisture and is not subject to destructive action of putrefactive bacteria, on it neither the fungus, nor mold is got. Wall and ceiling panels are easily and quickly mounted, and for this purpose it is not required to level walls and ceiling. And, the most important, they are absolutely safe concerning the fire as they have ability to self-attenuation, ogneuporna and even at high temperatures only slowly smolder, without igniting. By the way, and low temperatures they are not afraid too therefore they can be established in not heated rooms including on the balconies, verandahs, in gazebos. It is possible to carry to shortcomings only possibility of deformation under long influence of powerful source of heat. Therefore to install heaters near the walls trimmed with such panels it is not recommended.
