Fresh flowers were widely used as decor element long ago. They are fine decoration of interior, create good mood, purify air. As element of decor also the flowers standing in vases and houseplants in pots can be used.

1. Cut flowers in interiors of apartments is, as a rule, seasonal phenomenon. It is permanent are able to afford to buy fresh flowers in the winter the few. It is better to make flower compositions for decoration of interior of so-called "resistant in cut" grades. Gerberas, some grades of roses, tulips and lilies concern them.
2. Interestingly the flowers having ability to maintain coloring and attractive exterior even in the dried state look. They are usually called by "immortelles" (geliantusa, geliopsisa, geliantemuma). They are good basis for durable ikebana.
3. Besides, fresh flowers – irreplaceable element of decor of rooms where there take place solemn events, first of all – wedding and anniversary celebrations. For them more magnificent flower compositions complemented with beads, lurex and satin ribbons are created.
4. In normal days for decoration of interior it is better to use window plants in pots. They can be placed not only on windowsill, but also in various places of the apartment. However originally it is necessary to think, where to put flower that it did not look as excess. Besides, flowers do not love frequent movements therefore it is better to choose for them the suitable place at once.
5. When choosing flowers it is necessary to observe harmony of the sizes: very big flowers do not need to be put in the small room and vice versa. Low ceilings will seem above if to put indoors high plants, for example, palm tree. The room with high ceilings will become cozier if to hang up on cachepot walls with climbers.
6. The flowerpots located on multilevel support can be used as the partition separating the placement on separate zones. Originally look in interior of group of plants. From them it is possible to create both big floor, and small desktop compositions (for example, from different grades of cacti).
7. Sometimes flowers place in kitchen, however it is necessary to consider that it not the most suitable room for expensive and whimsical plants. They can not sustain continuous temperature drops which are inevitable in cooking time. It is better to choose more modest, unpretentious flowers: begonia, geranium, ficus, etc. That they looked more effectively, it is possible to choose for them original pots.
8. It is not necessary to buy too many houseplants. Flowers have to decorate the apartment, favourably emphasizing its advantages, but not to create feeling of overpopulation and disorder.
