In country houses, at dachas where there is no centralized gas pipeline, use of bottle gas and plate often is the instant only way of hot food. That process gave joy and did not cause problems, it is necessary to consider simple rules at connection of gas cylinder.
Installation of the gas equipment
For normal functioning of gas-fire it is necessary to choose correctly the place for installation of cylinder. It is better if it is on the street, but it is necessary to consider that at negative temperatures gas very badly evaporates therefore the plate will not be able fully to work. At outdoor installation the cylinder has to be located not closer than 1 meter from doors and 0.2 meters from windows. In the presence number of the basement or socle room, it is necessary to maintain distance in 3 meters. The location of gas cylinder has to be protected from overheating (it is impossible to allow heating over + 45C) therefore it is recommended to establish capacity in special (better metal) cabinet.
If the cylinder is established out of the room, then gas wiring has to be executed by means of the metal pipe located not lower than 2.2 m from the earth. The cylinder and gas-fire are connected with pipe by means of gas hoses (have yellow color or coloring of the same shade). The distance from gas capacity to plate – is not closer than 0.5 m, and the room volume where the plate is established, there have to be not less than 8 CBM.
Connection
Gas-fires are calculated on certain pressure – 0.3 MPas. Since in cylinder pressure can be various, apply reducer to its alignment. It is connected between cylinder and metal pipe. At connection pay attention to availability of special laying and thread of reducer – it is left. Getting gas-fire, take an interest whether it is calculated on balloon gas. It is all about diameter of nozzles; for balloon gas it has to be 0.89-0.93 mm. However, number of producers completes the products with the adapters allowing to connect plate both to main and to balloon gas. The connected reducer, hoses have to be located in the readily available place. After installation of equipment is finished, it is necessary to check tightness of connections. For this purpose miss the mark all connecting points with soapsuds. At otvorachivaniye of valve of gas cylinder examine all "route"; leaky connection can be noticed on the leaving soap bubbles. There are also restrictions on installation sites of gas cylinders and plates: basements, cellars, other closed spaces with level are lower than the earth. It is connected with special property of propane-butane mix which is heavier than air, to accumulate in not ventilated place that is fraught with poisoning or explosion.
