1. Each of stages of construction of the frame building takes from one to three days. Separate elements, roofing and front materials connect among themselves to the help of bolts and self-tapping screws. Besides, mounting of frame garage does not depend on conditions of weather and can be made at all seasons of the year. For this work there will be enough team of four or two people.
2. For systematic control of condition of the car and its service make viewing hole. If the area allows, arrange it so that the machine had worker (over hole) zone and recreation area (without hole). This design will allow to save car from influence of the moisture proceeding from niche and, therefore, from fast corrosion of the bottom. Height of hole has to be 15 cm more than growth of the car owner. Length of hole depends on car dimensions, width - on its brand and wheel base. For repair in garage of different types of cars make width of 0.75 - 0.8 meters. For waterproofing use bituminous materials or polymeric membranes.
3. The base for frame garage differs from that which is put at construction of capital block or brick garages. First of all, it is necessary to provide the firm and equal basis. Lay for this purpose on superficial sand-gravel pillow base slab, build continuous footing or arrange the asphalted site.
4. After laying and arrangement of the base start mounting of load-bearing framework. It gathers from the galvanized metal sections cut to the necessary size. At first collect separate parts of framework of future building – roof frames and walls. Then connect them in rigid construction. Do not worry concerning ease of elements which without effort at configuration will be lifted by two persons. Despite the ease, the design possesses durability large-scale.
5. After reliable installation of load-bearing framework be engaged in mounting of roof. Use for this purpose professional flooring or metal tile. Thanks to ideally plain surface of the established earlier roof frames and the big area of flashing sheets this work will be performed without difficulties and excess time expenditure.
6. Begin to equip facade. At first establish sheets of professional flooring on perimeter, and then get to work with finishing profile. After siding establish additional vertical furring, on it – finishing profiles, and only then make final set of siding.
