Instruction
1. Your priority – implementation of start of torch. To receive necessary thermal power, pick up experimentally the corresponding pressure of fuel. Consider that the nozzle is already available. Keep in mind that at control of diesel torch the manometer is necessary.
2. The following action – check and adjustment (if necessary) installations of retaining washer on parameters necessary to you. At the same time pick up the size of washer according to documentation on torch. In the absence of these data it is necessary to measure first of all by differential manometer pressure just before retaining washer. The recommended pressure – 3 Mbar.
3. Using the corresponding charts in the instruction, establish slide damper, according to requirements for the adjusted power. If requirements do not play essential role, then put valve in some average position.
4. Carry out start of torch and establish necessary pressure on the pump. If before pressure was not exposed according to charts from the instruction, then it is regulated by the provision of retaining washer.
5. Wait for fire from nozzle. After ignition of torch apply gas analyzer. With its help it is necessary to leave in the safe mode of functioning as soon as possible, regulating air supply. The safe mode is meant as operating mode without formation of the SO carbon monoxide.
6. Find lower limit of burning. Adjust process of combustion of fuel on optimum parameters.
7. Check diesel torch for start. At sharp, "tough" ignition reduce air pressure just before retaining washer, but at the same time pressure should not be very low. At smooth, normal ignition the torch is considered adjusted.
