In recent years on domestic roads there is the increasing number of cars with the gas-balloon equipment, and their owners quite often have question how to adjust gas reducer. Observing security measures, gas reducer motorists can independently adjust.
Instruction
1. The instruction how to adjust gas reducer with two regulators, provides adjustment of the doser, screw of idling and the screw of sensitivity. First, carry out idling installation, trying to get your car on gas. If you did not manage it, start the car on gasoline and only then transfer it to gas, at the same time hold turns at the level of 2000 RPM. Rotate wines of idling of car and also reduce turns single to find optimum position of the screw by that moment when your machine decays. Then again rotate the idling screw to define maximum of turns. Wrapping the sensitivity screw, adjust turns to maximum the idling screw.
2. To adjust gas reducer, secondly, execute adjustment of sensitivity of the editor. Unscrew the sensitivity screw gradually until then when change of its situation begins to influence turns of the engine even idling, then wrap it back on 0.75-1.25 turns. When this procedure is performed, try to "gazanut" sharply, at the same time, if the engine responds to pedal of "gas" well, you have successfully adjusted sensitivity. Otherwise repeat operation until the machine perfectly responds on pedal of "gas".
3. Further control of gas reducer consists in adjustment of the doser. Establish 3000-3500 RPM on the engine working on the gas-balloon equipment and accurately wrap the doser screw until you find the necessary threshold of change in these turns. Listen carefully to sound of engine operation of your car as on it you learn about the happening changes. To make sure of correctness of the chosen position of the screw of the doser, twist it a little forward, back, accurately turn off it on 0.5-0.7 turns from the threshold found you.
4. Execute final adjustment in several steps. Press the drive of "gas" sharply and, without releasing it, wrap the sensitivity screw slowly on 0.25 turns until in their set the failure is felt. On 0.5 turns unscrew the screw of sensitivity and repeat operation of setup of the doser. After the correct control of reducer you can quietly operate the vehicle with the gas-balloon equipment, and only a SO high level exhausts of car which sign is quite specific smell of not completely burned down gas idling from the exhaust pipe can become the only problem.
