Instruction
1. Disconnect power-saw bench from current network. Make sure that conducting cables have correct isolation and are reliably attached to terminals. Close the mechanism of the drive of belt saw casing.
2. Check availability of grounding and correctness of its connection to power-saw bench. Make sure that ventilation is indoors connected to branch pipe on the protection cover of protection of pulley and saw tape. Examine saw tape, having checked correctness and reliability of its installation.
3. Examine frame with cylindrical guides of movement of saw tape. Check correctness of installation of frame in workplace and modify it according to the requirements stated in the technical management.
4. Adjust saw tape by means of the mechanical or hydraulic mechanism of tension. Make sure that the holder of tape is reliably fixed; if necessary tighten fastening and record it lock-nut.
5. Expose the necessary linear sizes by means of electronic ruler; it is required for obtaining necessary thickness of sawn timber.
6. Establish the necessary length of railway line. It is defined by the sizes of the used sawn timber and can be changed by means of accession or removal of additional sections.
7. Adjust authorities power-saw bench. The zone of cutting has to be located in the sector of visibility working at comfortable height – approximately at the level of belt of the operator.
8. Include saw and check the clearness of operation of buttons on control board. If necessary make adjustment of authorities. Pay attention to availability of possible knocks, vibration and the increased noise; try to reveal their source and remove the cause.
