The suction in the car limits intake of air in fuel mix therefore it is enriched. It is necessary for start of the cold engine and its subsequent trouble-free operation until temperature becomes optimum for normal functioning. Then the engine does not need so enriched mix any more, and it can work from the working system of idling. The regulator of suction is brought in salon to the panel and is the round flat handle.
1. Process of engine start with suction is simple. Extend handle against the stop on yourself, press coupling pedal. The engine will be started and will begin to gain steam. In several seconds when interruptions in operation of the motor begin, it is necessary to drown suction handle a little. Engine operation will be leveled. After a while it is possible to take away leg from coupling pedal. If the motor was warmed, then further it will independently work.
2. It is simple to adjust suction in the car. For this purpose open cowl, remove from the carburetor the body of the air filter (in common people "pan"), then the filter.
3. The handle of suction is connected to slide damper rope from stalisty wire by means of the sleeve and mounting screw.
4. Adjust rope length so that at the removed suction (the drowned handle) the valve accepted strictly vertical position and did not interfere with access of air to the carburetor. Fix mounting screw.
5. Trace that the valve completely closed opening, it opened easily and closed. The rope has to move also freely, without jammings. Establish carburetor parts into place upside-down.
6. At setup of the carburetor for cold start it is necessary to follow the following rules. Hot engine operation, at the extended suction handle in the mode of start and the enriched mix WITH of 8-11% on turns 2500-4000, happens to interruptions. At slightly pressed handle in the warming up mode at FROM 2-3%, turns 1500-3000, engine operation is leveled, and the motor works "purely", trouble-free.
