Instruction
1. Attentively study the spare parts lying before you. These parts do the handle mechanism operable. You have to find before yourself: handle body; the turning gear representing copper part with the spring wound around it; stopper ring; spring of torsion and the spline washer.
2. Carefully study torsion spring. Fault of spring of torsion is considered one of the most common causes of breakage of the handle. If spring broken - needs to replace it. Insert new spring into place and squeeze its upper part. Make sure of correctness of its installation.
3. Attentively examine and if necessary replace the spline washer. The spline washer fastens over torsion spring in such a way that the spring rests against it. Thanks to this emphasis the spring of torsion is fixed on the seat. Material of which the spline washers are made strongly wears out eventually and, as a result, washers often break in the middle.
4. Examine stopper ring. At absence of damage screw it into place, over the spline washer. The stopper ring is that part which holds together the spline washer and spring. Strongly fix all parts by means of the screw-driver.
5. Install turning gear in the handle body. Place spring in turning gear, holding it fingers. Twirl handle bolt by means of wrench. Check work, having pressed on the handle. If the lever became hard - everything means it is made correctly.
6. Install the handle into place and double-check operation of the mechanism. Fix the handle in door.
