Preparation for work

Dismantling works
Dismantling of window opening together with balcony door will be the first stage of works. For these works you will need the axe and mount. At first remove frames and door from loops, then cut their framework and take out windowsill. Then it is necessary to take out thermal insulation between windowsill and wall. Generally walls are brick and well understand by means of the hammer and mount. But if you have monolithic or panel house, it is necessary to work with the perforator. Usually masters do openings on wall perimeter, chop armature and beat out sledge hammer cement.
Warming and facing
Having put away construction debris, it is possible to start creation of the new room. First of all, the loggia needs to be warmed.
