Connection to the central water supply and other utilities happens according to the Russian Federation Government decree behind number 83 of 13.02.06. To carry out works on connection of water supply system, it is necessary to make number of actions and to collect the package of documents.

- - conclusion of SES;
- - contract on development of the design and estimate documentation;
- - design and budget documents with the signature of SES;
- - permission of municipal systems;
- - the contract with the licensed assemblers;
- - act of commissioning;
- - contract on payment and delivery;
Instruction
1. First of all receive the plan of the site in scale 1:500. In it all technical underground services have to be specified. Such document can be received in the Federal center of registration of the parcels, the inventory and cartography.
2. With this plan address to office of regional water utility. Write the application, show documents of title on the house and the parcel. In one month you will be given connection specifications.
3. With the received specifications, with documents for the house and the earth, address to the central office of SES. Write the application for obtaining the conclusion about connection to water supply system.
4. Sign the contract with the organization having the license for development of the design and estimate documentation.
5. Reserve the design and estimate documentation in SES.
6. Get permission to carrying out land works in regional municipal systems.
7. To carry out laying and connection of water supply system, insert to the central system, only the organizations which have the license for this type of works can. For this purpose it is necessary to address in water utility and to receive the list of the organizations. Sign the contract for laying of water supply system and installation of metering devices with the chosen team of assemblers.
8. Independent mounting of water supply system, insert, installation of metering devices, are strictly forbidden. The received documents are not the basis for work without involvement of experts.
9. After laying of water supply system and installation of metering devices, invite representatives of water utility for drawing up the act of input of devices in operation.
10. Sign the contract with water utility on supply of water and payment on metering devices.
