1. Replace the cracked glasses in windows. Establish window sealant between frame and box. Fill in slots between glass and frame with silicone sealant.
2. Upholster doors outside with mineral wool or felt. On felt beat dermantin. For reliable locking of doors equip them with springs or automatic closers.
3. Clean roof from garbage and leaves. Check integrity of rolled material, if necessary paste patches, having blocked the damaged places on 10-15 cm by means of hot mastic. Check and close up joints of roof and internal drains and also roof joints with the adjoining designs.
4. For warming of floors remove the laying layer, between logs lay sheets of mineral wool. Close all joints between heater and logs. Lay vapor barrier layer from polyethylene film. The lack of layer of vapor barrier can lead to moistening of heater and loss of its useful qualities. Establish the laying layer.
5. Warm walls from within the room. For this purpose build timber frame construction and insert into it sheets of mineral wool. For protection of heater against moisture also establish layer from polyethylene film. Close up on perimeter framework and also slots between heater and bar polyurethane foam. When warming walls outside it is not required to equip vapor barrier layer.
6. Check serviceability of heating services, eliminate the noticed malfunctions.
7. Buy the oil electric heater or the convector.
