There are several ways to bend pipe for the greenhouse. Some of them will not demand availability of the expensive electric tool, and allow to manage available free materials.

1. Any greenhouse consists of two basic elements: framework and material of covering (polycarbonate, polyethylene). The framework can be executed from the racks of various section, form made of different materials. The easy aluminum shape of round shape or profile pipe which section square or rectangular is most often used. Principles of bending of these materials identical.
2. It is the simplest to bend profile or round pipe by means of the special equipment – the pipe bender. But each owner has this expensive machine available not. Therefore for bending it is possible to use any of two available methods.
3. The first way is suitable for pipes with square or rectangular cross section more. Performance of task requires the welding machine, the Bulgarian with disk on metal, electrodes, vice. At first it is necessary to define precisely the place of bend and to note it by means of marker. Then find out on what corner it is necessary to bend pipe. That its part which will appear in arch zone is noted marker too. But in this case hyphens put at identical distance from each other. The more abruptly bend, the more often there have to be tags.
4. Further, the profile pipe is reliably fixed in vice. Along hyphens on its side edges do cuts. This work is performed the Bulgarian. Then the pipe is bent, and places of cuts connect to the welding help.
5. To bend pipe in the second way, fine bank sand is required. It needs to be sifted and washed out carefully. When sand dries, it needs to be calcinated on fire that will allow to make it bone-dry.
6. It is the simplest to act this way: to spread out sand on the sheet of metal, to heat and wait until from it water ceases to evaporate. After cooling it is filled up in profile pipe, tapping and stamping, and its both ends close wooden stubs. Now it is possible to start bending which is already possible. When using this way the arch, as a rule, turns out equal, all edges of pipe remain accurate.
7. During the winter period instead of sand it is possible to fill internally profile space with water, previously having established stub since one pipe end. Then this part is taken out on frost. When water turns into ice, carry out bend. It will be so simple to be made, as well as in case with sand. It is simpler to bend round pipes by means of sand or water. But it is possible to buy also the manual pipe bender. The tool intended for work with round products will be much cheaper, than profile.
