Most often the grid chain-link is used for construction of fences and partitions. Such fence is very practical and convenient, for example, on personal plot where, valuing each meter of the earth, there is a wish to avoid the shaded sites. Rabitz netting is made with cells, various by the size, and has various coverings.
Instruction
1. For construction of standard fence prepare columns from metal pipes with a diameter of 40 - 100 mm. Expect their length, that 3/5 lengths of column have to be fence height, and 2/5 lengths need to be dug in soil. For example, if fence height one and a half meters, then length of column has to be 2.5 m as the support is buried in soil on depth of 1 m.
2. At distance of 2.5 m drill holes under columns. It is the for this purpose best of all to use drill. Establishing column in hole, level it by means of plumb and cord on perimeter. Slot between walls of hole and column to zatrambuyta crushed stone, sand and soil. It is possible to fill in gap with the solution prepared from mix of sand and cement. Such filling will allow to record reliably column in steady position even in case soil passes water. However if it is not observed, then it is better not to fill in column with cement and sand solution as in the winter the frozen water can push out it on surface.
3. To compensate grid chain-link tension force, strengthen angular columns delays and knee braces. For attachment of grid to columns put roll from outer side of the fenced territory. Raise roll on 6-7 cm from earth surface. From above, at the level of penultimate cell, make mark in column.
4. After marks in all columns are given, drill in these places of opening. The size of openings has to be not less, than the doubled diameter of the wire serving for the subsequent fixing of grid. As much as possible displace openings on column to external perimeter. Pass wire through the drilled openings, then miss it in cells of row penultimate from above in screen cloth. Wind the ends of wire around column and fix. The cloth suspended on wire between two support was formed. Fix so all flights. It is possible to fix in this way grid bottom, and instead of wire to use reinforcing rods.
