Fences from professional flooring are technological and have good exterior. The qualitative covering of material provides them long life cycle. Their main difference from each other is the type of columns and the bases. The fence with brick columns and continuous footing looks beautifully and thoroughly, however demands considerable capital investments. The fence with columns from profile pipe looks not so impressively, but has just the same durability.
It is required to you
- - professional flooring 0.5-0.7 mm thick;
- - pipe of profile 60х60 mm;
- - self-tapping screws;
- - pipe of profile 25х40 mm;
- - M400 cement;
- - sand;
- - roofing material;
- - electric drill with set of drills;
- - Bulgarian;
- - welding machine.
Instruction
1. Mark the line of fence. On the marked line drill holes the hand or automated mm Ø200 drill at distance of 2.5-3 m from each other. Depth of holes is caused by the soil frost depth, level of standing of underground waters and type of the soil. Having established these data for the site, count depth of laying of the foundation and make the corresponding holes.
2. Insert into tube holes from roofing material, providing dense adherence them to edges of opening. Put on collar upper part of roofing material from drag, interfering spread of ruberoid tube.
3. Cut columns for fence from profile pipe of 60х60 mm. Length of columns has to be equal or slightly less than the sum of values of height of fence and depth of the base. Make them on the one hand (top) traffic jams from sheet metal plate 2 or 3 mm thick. It is necessary in order that they were not filled with water did not corrode from within. Besides, filling of pipes with water can lead to their gap during frosts.
4. Prepare cement and sand solution with proportion 1:4 or 1:5. Fill in it in the holes located at the edges of fence. Establish in holes with the filled-in solution columns and fix them in vertical position by means of emphasis.
5. Fill in with solution all other holes. Establish in them columns, exposing them on already established (so that all of them were on one line). Give to solution time to gain the hardness (about a week) before continuation of further works.
6. Weld on columns two lateral pipes of 25х40 mm in size at distance of 400 mm from the earth and 1200-1500 mm the friend between the friend. They have to settle down aflush with columns from face side of fence.
7. Attach professional flooring to lateral pipes. For this purpose put sheets of professional flooring to pipes, drill in places of fastening of opening (in each wave or through one) and roll self-tapping screws in openings.
