Among modern cooking surfaces the greatest interest is attracted by practical induction devices which main labor – electromagnetic field. Under the glass-ceramic panel instead of usual heating coils the inductor coil is located. For correct and safe work the induction plate needs to be established taking into account number of technology features of the device.
1. Starting installation of induction plate, make sure that material of table-top is resistant to temperature of 100 wasps. If the panel is built in over oven, consider that it has to be supplied with the cooling system.
2. The niche sizes in the kitchen module depend on plate model and to avoid overheating of abutting surfaces and to provide sufficient ventilation, the panel has to be installed at distance not less than 4 cm from back wall or any vertical surfaces. The distance between the kitchen element and aperture which is located from below under the cooking panel has to make not less than 2 cm.
3. Establish product only on ideally plain surface. Otherwise in places of fastening there will be deformations which can lead to change of functional performance and characteristics of the panel.
4. By means of stupid short screws screw in openings of the cooking panel four centering springs on each side. Place the cooking panel in aperture of the kitchen module and press on the central part so that the panel ideally adjoined to surface.
5. Place the cooking panel with side profiles when fastening in niche of the module and insert fixing hooks (four pieces with pins) on the lower perimeter. Twirl them sharp long bolts, trying to obtain dense adherence of glass to kitchen top. You watch that all screws of centering springs were available.
6. Conforming to safety rules, trace that after installation of product any possibility of contact with electric parts has been excluded. Fix the protected elements so that it was possible to remove them only by means of special purpose tool.
7. For the purpose of safety carry out electric connection of the built-in oven and the cooking panel separately. Before connection to 220 V make sure that the network socket is grounded and calculated on the maximum power consumed by product (it is specified on the plate with technical characteristics).
