Instruction
1. Mark the place of the base. Dig in the place of marking ditch of 30 - 50 cm of Vyrovnite in depth its basis across – if necessary moving or pouring soil. Well stamp ditch bottom. Lay it geotextiles with exit to walls.
2. Fill up ditch with mix of sand and gravel, watering and carrying out layer-by-layer tamper by the vibroplatform. In bottom of graviynopeschany pillow lay perforated drainage pipes with branch them on the periphery. Over sandy pillow lay waterproofing from the thick, reinforced polyethylene film.
3. Dig drainage ditches on perimeter of working site, connect them to conclusions of drainage pipes, cover bottom with geotextiles, fill with mix of sand and gravel.
4. Establish timbering for plate 40-50 cm high. Lay in it armature in two layers with distance from top of peschanograviyny pillow of 3-4 cm, between layers – 10 cm. Bar size depends on the size of base slab, as a rule, it fluctuates in the range from No. 8 to No. 14 – depending on the plate size. The size of cell is accepted equal 200-250 mm. At installation of armature use plastic support or fixers.
5. Fill in timbering with concrete solution of M300-M400 brand with consolidation implementation deep or areal vibrators. Having filled timbering, give to solution time to grab within 1-2 weeks before carrying out further works. At this time daily humidify the surface of concrete or close it polyethylene film.
