The cost of the base is usually pretty high and is 15-20% of the cost of the building. Experts extremely do not recommend to save on tape basis of residential building. The only way to reduce the price of the base is, perhaps, use of rubble stone. This natural material differs in just huge margin of safety. The base built from it can serve up to 150 years.
It is required to you
- - M400 cement;
- - the sifted bank sand;
- - rubble stone of the average and big sizes;
- - construction level;
- - trowel;
- - scrap;
- - plumb;
- - tape measure;
- - cord.
Instruction
1. Clear away the site chosen under construction of the house, having removed from it garbage, grass and bushes. Execute marking under the base from rubble stones by method of "two arches" or "the Egyptian triangle". Establish pegs on corners of future house and pull between them inelastic cord. Dig out trench of 70 cm in depth. Carefully level its bottom on level. Bring down from boards 2.5 cm timbering and establish it in trench.
2. Fill sand on trench bottom. Stack it layers on 5 cm with tamper by water from hose. The general thickness of "pillow" has to be 20-25 cm. Close sand roofing material in one layer. Pour from above the cement slurry prepared in proportion 1:3, layer in 15 cm. Wait so far it will harden.
3. Lay one more layer of concrete mix 25 cm thick over the turned-out firm basis. Wait until it a little thickens. Press into concrete half rubble stones. They can or be taken in vicinities, or to get from some civil engineering firm. Stones in layer should not concern each other. Stack them at distance in 3-4 cm from each other.
4. Fill in one more layer of concrete mix and press into it stones. Continue the procedure until the butobetonny base does not reach the necessary height. Place stones so that the ready design on exterior reminded laying. In corners use rubble material of the big sizes. In the most top layer submerge stones in solution not half, and completely.
5. Level the top plane of tape on level. In a day after filling of the base remove wood form. In the next two weeks spray butobetonny design with water twice a day. It will prevent education on tape of surface fissures.
