It is unlikely it is possible to speak with confidence that the monolithic house is economically more favorable, than put from blocks of the same material – it depends on many circumstances. However in some parameters it has certain advantages. For example, on heat-shielding, at identical thickness of walls and identical materials – due to the lack of the bridges of cold formed by seams of sand-cement slurry at blockwork from blocks.

Instruction
1. Choose material for walls of the house and timbering. Best of all as material cellular concrete are suitable for walls of the monolithic house: shlako-, keramzito-, foam concrete. They have small heat conductivity, sufficient durability (at right choice of quality class), relative low cost. Especially high qualities for monolithic filling foam concrete has – thanks to the plasticity. As for timbering, the market offers ready timbering from the most various materials including fixed of expanded polystyrene which after filling of solution remains in wall and plays thermal insulation role. However the cheapest is, nevertheless, the wood form in the form of the boards rearranged from place to place in the course of filling.
2. Flood the base under the house. Lay on its top waterproofing from bituminous mastic and two layers of the roofing material which is missed the mark from all directions with mastic.
3. Make shuttering panels of eaves board or fibreboard 0.6-0.8 m wide, 2.5-3 m long. Such sizes allow to make high-quality compacting of mix and it is easy to rearrange timbering from place to place. It is necessary to have several sets of boards. The their is more, the filling as less time is spent on expectation of skhvatyvaniye of solution before removal of timbering is quicker carried out.
4. Along with boards make box for filling of doors and windows.
5. Fix boards on the base. Provide the required wall thickness by means of the wooden or steel pro-rates inserted between boards. It is among themselves convenient to pull together boards by means of the lashing wire passed through boards and twisted by means of the short scrow-bar. Wire plaits provide the sufficient pulling together effort which is not allowing boards to be held apart under the influence of solution. 6. In installation time of the first row of timbering its steady position concerning the base is provided by means of the emphasis put from two parties. Further the role of the lower thrusts and the fixing element will be carried out by wall. The bottom of boards will cover it from two parties, and wire plaits will strongly attract boards to walls. Having established timbering, every time check its vertical position by means of plumb.
7. Install fittings in timbering. When filling in situ walls from light concrete it is obligatory element. There is no need to establish it too often, however it has to have the vertical and horizontal communications fastened with wire. On corners put the bent armature bars which will connect walls among themselves.
8. Bring ready concrete solution or prepare it independently. In shlako- and the keramzitobetena accept ratio of components 1:3:7 (cement: sand: slag) and 1:3:6 (cement: sand: haydite). Preparing or ordering solution, calculate its necessary quantity proceeding their availability of the established timbering.
9. Fill in solution in timbering and well condense it – immersion vibrator, shovel or other tool before the termination of allocation of bubbles and education on surface of smooth water layer. After filling of the next row at once place in solution vertical bars of armature for the following level.
10. After solution gets sufficient hardness (2-3 days, depending on weather), remove boards and establish them above – for filling of the following level. You do not hurry with this work not to break integrity of the filled-in wall.
