If you need to build the house quickly, but at the same time you want to keep quality of the base and to save on its arrangement, then your choice – screw piles. It is not necessary to wait when snow descends and soil will dry out.
It is required to you
- — level;
- — the special manual screwing-up key;
- — the device defining availability of electric cable (at installation of piles in city conditions);
- — Whatman paper, pencil, ruler;
- — various spare parts: clown, adapter, set of reduction of diameter, terminal ring and other parts.
Instruction
1. Choose material for piles which you will submerge, and calculate the grillage durability and also bearing capacity at soil.
2. Further calculate screw piles and define bearing capacity for subfoundation.
3. Make the drawing which has to look as follows: cast steel pipe, the lower part of this pipe – special configuration the blade. The lower part of this blade has to cut soil while the upper part has to condense it.
4. Mark the area of spot for building (i.e. multiply width — on facade the red line — and depth — the line on side facade) and establish screw piles which submerge in the mechanical or manual way. Manual installation is more economic, only the special key is necessary for manual screwing up.
5. Submerge screw piles only in strictly vertical plane. If you make installation in city conditions, then first of all define where the electric cable is laid.
6. Submerge other piles, do not forget to verify distance between them according to the drawing. Level to the necessary level of pile and concrete their cavities. Mount heads then tie all with metal channel (profile) or bar.
