Let's consider everything detailed on the example of water payment. Every month owners of apartments get from mailbox the receipt on payment of utilities, in particular, for water disposal and also for hot and cold water. Sometimes tariffs surprise how to understand cunning digits and charges?
1. Water disposal or sewerage. If you have installed all-house metering devices or personal counters of water in the apartment, then calculate the amount of expenses as follows: put amount of the spent hot and cold water and increase by the tariff applicable for your place of residence. If metering devices at you are absent, then calculate the cost according to the standard from each resident of your apartment (the standard depends on category of the house in which you live).
2. Cold water supply and hot water. Calculate the cost according to tariff, it will depend on category of the house in which you live. If in the house there is all-house metering device on cold and hot water, then in the receipt you will see designations HVS DPU and GV DPU. In this case calculate the water supply cost, being guided by the meter readings increased by the tariffs applicable in your city, and divided into number of people living in the apartment.
3. Consider that costs of other all-house needs subtract from indications (cleaning of entrances and stair enclosures, cleaning of the house adjoining territory). If at you in the apartment individual metering devices are installed – that in the receipt it will be designated as HVS IPU and GV IPU. It means that you will calculate the cost proceeding from the meter readings increased by the corresponding tariffs for cold and hot water.
