Calculation of payment for water depends on whether individual metering devices or the general brownies are installed. Direct calculation is made by accounts department of ZhEU according to residents about indications or according to remote indications if counters are connected to uniform remote clearing house.
Instruction
1. If individual metering devices in each apartment are installed, then from meter readings of cold water the digits specified in the previous receipt are taken away. The received result is multiplied by tariff of cold water. The same method makes calculation on payment for hot water. If in the apartment several metering devices, then readings are taken from all devices, the sum develops. Those who has privileges or discounts should take away the percentage of privileges or discounts from the received sums.
2. If the general house counters of metering devices are installed, then indications are considered on hot and cold water on all house, the received result is divided into the number of the registered residents and is multiplied by number living in each apartment separately.
3. There are situations when some residents have individual metering devices, and at others do not stand. Then residents in which apartments there are metering devices pay water according to indications. From the general house counter the amount of the consumed water on the general room accounting is taken away. The remained sum is divided into the number of the registered residents in apartments without the installed counters and multiplied by the number of inhabitants in each apartment.
4. If metering devices in the apartment are not installed, and payment is made on the general house counters, then during absence of residents the payment is not charged. For this purpose it is enough to show documents in ZhEU that in the apartment all were absent, and next month will make recalculation.
