Today hot-water heating in the territory of our country is the most widespread kind of autonomous and long-distance heating. This type of heating by right is called traditional.

Instruction
1. Choose heating services which mounting you will carry out. Distinguish one-pipe and two-pipe heating services. The one-pipe system of heating is the simplest and pretty economical, however it can be used only for heating of small rooms (the total area has to be no more than 100 square meters). The two-pipe heating services is capable to provide uniform warming up of air in the big room. Both in the first, and in the second chain of system the pump is installed. But there is one more kind of heating systems which is not demanding installation of the pump - two-pipe system with natural circulation. The only lack of this heating services is that mounting of its pipes has to be carried out under certain tilt angle.
2. Start the choice of heating radiators. Now pig-iron and aluminum radiators are available. At the price pig-iron are cheaper, however at aluminum heat emission is twice more. Calculate necessary quantity of sections of radiators for each certain room. It is known that to warm up indoor air with area of 1 square meter, 100 W/h are required. As for radiators, one section of aluminum gives 200 W/h, and pig-iron – 100 W/h (however it provided that temperature in heating system is 90 degrees that is almost impossible). Therefore we will make the small amendment taking into account that heat carrier temperature, as a rule, is equal 60 degrees: heat emission of one section of pig-iron radiator is equal to 65 W, and aluminum – 130 W. Pripustim, the area of your room makes 15 square meters, then you need 12 aluminum sections (15*100/130) or 23 pig-iron sections (15*100/65).
3. Install the heating boiler. Then start distributing of pipes. Distributing begins to be done with recirculating line and go at the same time from boiler. Surely follow the important rule: the obratka has to be located below giving. In the course of pipe fitting do branches for batteries and other elements of heating system.
4. Execute mounting of radiators. You remember: heating radiators are established under windows, the maximum heatloss happens through windows. In case width of radiator has appeared less than width of window, combine several heating radiators, having distributed them on all width of window opening. The distance from floor to radiator has to be not less than 10 centimeters, and from the acting part of windowsill to heating battery – more than 12 centimeters. Attach radiators to wall by means of special metal fastening and also execute welding with pipes.
5. If the heating services chosen by you is not based on natural circulation of the heat carrier, then install the pump. Mounting of the pump in heating system is carried out only in recirculating line, this device has to pump out the heat carrier, giving it to the heat exchanger. Install the pump so that in need of it it was at any time possible to remove for carrying out repair work, at the same time, without disconnecting heating system. It is recommended to install three ball cranes near the pump: two from two of its parties, and the third – on the pipe going in parallel with the site where the pump is installed.
