According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, the seasonal dachas which are not relating to garden associations are redistributed only taking into account the boundary-setting plan.

Owners have to submit the application for accession of adjacent sites to local administration. Have to make decisions of the power on satisfaction of request or refusal at the same time within 30 days.

If the decision of administration is positive, the owner needs to organize cadastral works on the site and to issue the new boundary plan of the expanded site. It is necessary to order this service, of course, in the company, having the license.

Results of cadastral works at the next stage will need to be reported to local Committee on the land questions. Then the owner signs agreement on accession of Novaya Zemlya in administration.

At the final stage the applicant pays redistribution and makes out the property right to the new territory. It is necessary to pay the receipt on accession within 30 days after conclusion of agreement with administration.

How the agreement is formed

This document is formed in writing and comprises:

  • technical data on the site;
  • information on the owner and the former owner of the attached site (usually administrations);
  • data on each party in respect of the rights for property;
  • redistribution purpose.

The summer resident has to enclose to the declaration of accession of the adjacent earth surely at the first stage the certificate on the property right to plot, the copy of the passport, the scheme of plot, cadastral papers.

Also the owner has to provide paper on the basis of which the right of possession of the site has been exercised in administration. It can be the contract of purchase and sale, donation and so forth.
