The old metering device cannot be removed without the allowing document for installation of the new device. You can independently buy the new counter, but it has to be registered in the state register as the device which has undergone certification and has got permission to use for accounting of energy consumption in the territory of the Russian Federation.
Instruction
1. Pick up and buy the counter which corresponds to your requirements. It is possible to install devices with one tariff, two tariffs and multitariff, the main thing that the device appeared in the State registry irrespective of its model.
2. Write the application in the organization with which you have signed the contract for electrical supply. Will issue you the allowing document for replacement of the old device by the new counter.
3. Better if you agree with experts from this company and will install you the new counter in due form and to requirements and at once will seal and will draw up the statement on commissioning of the new device with the permission to its use.
4. If you want independently to establish the counter, then it is allowed at observance of all rules of installation. The device has to be fixed on special support, be at available height and in the available place for Energonadzor check at any time.
5. After installation of the counter invite the representative from the energy company delivering the electric power for check of correctness of installation and connection and for sealing of the counter. The representative of the company will draw up the statement of input of the device in operation with the permission to begin to use it.
6. If earlier you had one-rate metering device, and you have established two-tariff or multitariff, then in subscriber department of power sale renew the contract on payment of the electric power on other tariffs. Reserve the contract at the representative of ZhEU.
