You will be need only pans and frying pans which can be magnetized, i.e. made of cast iron and steel.

10. If you have decided to give preference to plate with glass-ceramic surface, take into account that she is afraid of heavy surgical strikes, heavy and long mechanical loads (glass!), scratches, dirt and sugar. If you do not wipe at once hot sugar drop, then already in a few minutes will find "sink" which already you will remove nothing on surface.

11. Besides, there are special requirements to ware. You will not be able to use pans with thin, convex or concave bottom. They should not consist of fusible materials (copper, aluminum and so forth), and have to coincide on diameter with diameter of ring. But if you once spend for expensive ware, then will not notice this problem.
