4. It is desirable to buy knife with wide edge as not only it is easy for them to cut products, but also to press them. Before purchase do not forget to check balancing. It is very simple to make it: put knife on finger approximately in the middle and check how it keeps on finger. If the knife does not fall, then it means that it is balanced.
