At first think what grade of apple-trees you want to put on personal plot: early ripening, mid-season or late-ripening. To early Papirovk can carry, Orlovim, Arkadik and Dialogue. Fruits ripen at the beginning of August. Mid-season: Autumn striped, Zhigulyovsk, Cowberry, Delight, President and others. The harvest can begin to be collected from the second half of August. Late-ripening: Athlete, Kulikovskiye, Orlik, Lighthouse of Zagorye, Bolotovskiye, Marat Busurin and Spartan. Apples begin to sing in September. They are stored long enough – for several months.
Pay attention and to tastes. Sweet-sour grades of apples: Autumn striped, Brown striped, Delight, the Zhigulyovsk, Cowberry and Brown new. Fresh and sweet: Candy, Lungwort, Legend. Sour: Antonovka. There are and many other new grades which annually remove in nurseries. Before making purchase, consult with experts. Do not buy saplings on market.
It is the best of all to plant saplings late fall or in the early spring. Dig out hole of 40-60 cm in depth – depending on what size root system.
