If it specializes in production of this material less than 5-7 years, refuse such purchase.
2. Besides, on packing not only the name of trademark, but also such data as the name of manufacturer, legal and actual address of the organization, phone and the operating manual of polycarbonate has to be specified.
3. Then look at availability of data on the weight of leaf and its bearing capacity. Depends on these characteristics, will how long stay your construction.
4. Availability of ultra-violet protection at polycarbonate – not less important sign. If the cut of leaf has slightly bluish shade, then be sure: this material has protection. The lack of this sign indicates the opposite, so, it will serve to you not long.
5. When choosing polycarbonate attentively examine leaf surface. At quality material it smooth, without flows and waves. Availability of similar roughnesses has an adverse effect on bearing capacity of polycarbonate. If you notice any inclusions in the mass of leaf, availability of dark stains and bubbles, be sure that at production of material the huge amount of secondary raw materials was applied, and it will also reduce the term of its operation.
6. Upon purchase of polycarbonate do not save on spare parts to it. As a rule, if they qualitative, they are capable to prolong life to your construction considerably.
7. Do not use rubber sealants, instead of them give preference to products from EPDM better. Self-tapping screws and screws have to be only galvanized.
