It is required to you
- - wire of two-core 30 cm (it is desirable flexible);
- - electric cartridge for bulb:
- - bulb 100 W;
- - screw-driver;
- - combination pliers;
- - knife;
- - the lamp shade ready (if it is necessary).
Instruction
1. Smooth out isolation of wire. Since one end of two-core wire remove knife 2 cm of isolation, from another – 3 cm from both veins. Do it as though you strugat pencil, exempting slate pencil from tree. Do not break integrity of veins of wire.
2. Take that part with which cut off 2 cm. Before you two naked pro-vodka. Contract each part of two-core wire which was left without isolation into ring. Inside diameter of ring will be about 3 mm. The end of the naked wire wound on the main wire (the end from ring), fix by combination pliers and roll up insulating tape.
3. Untwist cartridge. Stretch bolted connections of contact unit the screw-driver.
4. Connect the prepared ringlets of wires to lobes of contact unit, densely fix them. You watch that ringlets did not connect on the boss. On all connections of contact unit there has to be strong contact, otherwise during operation there can be heating of position of joint that will lead to the fire. Just more tightly tighten the screw-driver connection bolts.
5. Begin to collect cartridge. Pass the ends of wires which are not connected to contact unit through the boss's cover. Thus the second part of wire fastened to contact unit will be fixed in cover. On thread of cover of the boss put on "skirt", densely twirl it. The boss is brought together.
6. On the wires leaving the boss dress insulator tube: chlorvinyl or rubber.
7. Screw bulb of the power necessary to you in the closed cartridge.
8. Connect the accurate boss to energy source, previously having deenergized it (that is switch off voltage). In position of joint of wires from the boss and energy source there has to be good contact. Twist one part of two-core wire with one part of wire from energy source. Wind connection with insulating tape. Do the same with the second couple of wires. Wind the twisted ends isoflight. You watch that the connected couples did not adjoin among themselves.
9. If you need the lamp shade, dress it on special fastening.
10. Give voltage.
