1. To bake it is possible to build in two various ways. The sizes of the furnace are about 1000х1000 mm, the oven is provided in design. If desired it is possible to refuse oven, but consider that in the winter it gives advantage: with oven will be warmer.
2. The solid fuel stove has flue of zigzag form, valve for heat delay. From above the pig-iron plate with rings is established. The furnace on gas fuel is equipped with direct strut for flue, pig-iron plate integral. The thick sheet metal plate forms basis for plates.
3. The fire chamber is spread refractory brick though it is possible to use also red brick, but it is less desirable. The brick, and then and tile are put on clay mortar.
4. Outside the furnace is trimmed with thin sheet iron which protects design from fall. Then strengthen the corner of 25х25 mm holding laying and tin. The boiler of 400х400х400 mm in size cooks from pipes with a diameter of 50 mm. Torch have below boiler on 200 mm (in order to avoid burn-out of pipes).
5. For determination of quality of draft in the solid propellant furnace pay attention to color of flame. If the flame of bright white color, and in channels is listened rumble, it is necessary to reduce air supply (the draft is high). At normal draft the flame will be golden-yellow. The black smog from pipe and red color of flame is pointed out weak draft, so, it is required to increase air supply.
6. The solid fuel stove consists of the following structural components: brickwork, flue, valve, pig-iron plate with rings, boiler, oven, fire chamber, ashpit. At production of the gas furnace provide the following constructive parts: strut, pig-iron plate, boiler, oven, torch.
