1. Everything begins with the choice of installation site of the antenna. In view of the fact that satellites are directed in the southeast or southwest direction, the antenna has to have the same direction. 2. For definition of optimum location of the collective satellite antenna calculate the necessary corner of arrangement of the antenna and azimuth. The size of corner characterizes deviation of the line of direct visibility on the satellite to horizontal. This indicator is calculated by formula: F = arctg {[Cos (g2 - g1) x Cos(v) - 0.151] / sqrt (1 - Cos2 (g2 - g1) x Cos2(v)] }.
3. The azimuth specifies the direction of the satellite in relation to the place of acceptance. Find value of this size on formula: F = 180 ° + arctg {tg (g2 - g1) / sin(v) }, in which g1 – indicator of longitude of the satellite, g2 – the size of longitude of the place of reception, and v - the latitude of the place of reception.
