Instruction
1. To carry out gas, there have to be favorable conditions: the central gas pipe-line has to pass close to the house. If gas is only in the neighboring settlement, then even to think of gasification so far early. If opportunity is, then it is time to begin process.
2. The procedure of registration of all stages of gasification is identical in all territorial subjects of the Russian Federation. To have opportunity to be connected to gas wire, it is required to coordinate work and the specification in office of Oblgaz to which your territory belongs. Then to submit the application for gasification which sample you receive in the same place, having attached to it the copy of the passport, the reference from BTI and documents of title on your possession. If the building is not built yet, then provide the document on the right for the parcel and the cadastral plan and the resolution on placement on the place of the parcel of construction object, permission to this construction signed by the head of administration.
3. When you collect these documents, you need to receive the floor layout plan of the building in which will install gas permission of Fuel and energy committee to use of natural gas as fuel. Obtaining the second document is in certain cases not obligatory.
4. On receipt of the specification it is possible to order the project of connection and the warrant for carrying out land works. The design organization to which you address will carry out surveying works and on their basis will make the project. The same organization is also engaged in coordination of the project in relevant authorities.
5. The next stage – actually building and construction works. The company contractor having the right for such works digs trench, stacks pipes and connects them to your house. Then before insert of your pipe in the central gas pipeline, all documents hand over in local gas trust which will give permission to insert.
6. Cost gasification in all regions is various, but is rather high to be easily accessible for all categories of the population therefore process of gasification of your house can last for years.
