Instruction
1. For connections gas-fire to cylinder it is necessary to stock up with in advance gas reducer which has the downstream pressure of 30 mbar, gas rubber or rezino-polymeric hose, the union which has internal thread and nose for connection of hose.
2. For a start it is necessary to wind the union on inlet branch pipe of plate. This procedure is safe. Most of producers of gas-fires turn on such union in complete set of plate. Without it it will be impossible to make connection of plate to gas cylinder. Surely use laying, fum-tape or special sealant. Then it is necessary to connect reducer to cylinder. It is also necessary to remember laying. Reducer exit connect to the union gas hose.
3. The used flexible hose should be examined. It is also necessary to control its state throughout work of gas-fire. The hose needs to be fixed densely by means of collars. All work has to be performed according to present rules and regulations.
4. Flexible hose have to conform to necessary requirements. It constantly has to maintain room temperature. There should not be heating of hose, more than on 30 °C. Its length should not be more than 1.5 meters. Surely check whether has hose of narrowings. It is impossible to allow bendings and twistings. During operating time on hose cracks and traces of burning out should not appear. All the time of work material has to be rigid and elastic. On collars of fastening there should not be rust. Special attention needs to be paid to hose effective life. You watch that it has not expired. If discrepancies are found, it is necessary to make replacement immediately.
5. It is forbidden to make replacement of hose for connection of gas-fire on oxygen or on water rubber hose. Rubber at them quickly grows old and becomes covered by cracks.
