Independent mounting of such devices as electric and gas-fires provides knowledge of the instruction to them. In particular point on operability of these devices at the way of installation and also knowledge of the corresponding safety measures chosen by you.
It is required to you
- - the special fixers going in set to standard assembly of electric devices;
- - copper wiring with a section from 1.5 to 6 quarter of mm, depending on power;
- - 4 systems of submachine guns 25-50 A.;
- - 2 ground outlets 32 A.;
- - 2 standard electrical plugs;
- - heat-resistant glue;
- - silicone sealant;
- - operating manual;
- - electric stove (cooking and wind panels).
Instruction
1. Define future place for devices. Dismantle old devices if it is required. For this purpose in table-top cut opening for the cooking panel of the corresponding size and leave free space for the wind panel: walls of adjacent furniture have to be made of heat-resistant materials.
2. Put oven in the planned place, taking into account the distance specified in the instruction to wall for the best air circulation, adjust height on level. Record installation by lock-nuts. The cooking panel is installed into place after connection of electrical wiring.
3. Carry out separate conductings for each of panels from the central guard. For this purpose on power guard put automatic machines power, the corresponding power of each of devices.
4. From guard on the opposite end voltage cables, install sockets, surely having provided grounding. Usually, in modern houses there is centralized grounding. In the absence of that, bring the grounding connection to any iron surface going to the earth.
5. Remove the terminal block of oven and connect it and the cooking panel to the corresponding supply cable of each device. To the power supply network it is necessary to find the sequence of connection in schemes of these devices - ""phase"", ""zero"" and ""earth"". Equip supply cables with standard forks.
6. Check all mounted connections and connections in devices regarding short circuit. Close oven terminal block cover.
7. Install the cooking panel in the place of further operation. For this purpose build in special fixers: to stone table-top they fasten heat-resistant glue, and to wooden – screws. Process cut of table-top heat-resistant glue. On bottom edge of the panel apply silicone sealant, regulating its horizontal position.
8. Complete installation, having tested electric stove.
