First, it is very convenient (it is not necessary to go far). Secondly, it is cheap (arrangement of the basement will cost cheaper, than construction of the certain building).

Instruction
1. Organize draining in the sewerage or cesspool. Pay attention: minimum admissible distance of arrangement of drain hole from the base makes 2-3 meters. Out of the washing room to hole bring outflow pipe (it has to go with inclination, but at the same time bends and joints are not allowed).
2. Build the base under the furnace. For this purpose at small distance from wall dig ditch which perimeter has to be furnace more than a perimeter on 5-10 centimeters. Excavating depth depends on furnace weight.
3. Stamp crushed stone or stone in ditch and fill in it with cement slurry. Then lay out brick in several rows (without reaching bath floor height) and flood the built base under the furnace with cement slurry. After that put layer of waterproofing and mount the oven basis.
4. Install the furnace so that the ashpit and the closed fire chamber were in the waiting room. Remove pipe from the furnace, having made for this purpose opening in house socle.
5. Doing tie in the bathing room, do not forget to arrange small inclination to draining point. And one more important point: before filling in tie, it is desirable to warm the basis foam concrete.
6. Execute vapor barrier and thermal insulation of walls and ceiling, using for this purpose rolled material with layer reflector. Roll strips of insulating material with the foiled party up and fix them with an overlap, using for this purpose nails with wide hat.
7. From pine bar collect framework of the lower and top shelves. After it execute finishing of internal walls of the room lining from linden, beating it vertically and leaving small gaps between the line of floor and ceiling. Then beat plinth.
8. On concrete bed make finished floor. For this purpose lay wooden logs which from above cover with boards on brick columns (they have to be from each other at distance of 60-70 centimeters). Between boards leave gap in 5-7 millimeters: it is necessary for water drain.
9. Install the heat-resistant lamps which are not afraid of the raised moisture in rooms of bath. Fix polok.
